A Day in the Life of Lila....

Lila has been so funny lately so I decided to share with all of you a life in the day of Lila.

(From what I think is Lila's preservative.)

Wake Up: as soon as possible start yelling at mom "mom, I'm awake!"

If mom doesn't come fast enough then start kicking the walls and door.

When mom does come and let me out of my mom As quickly as I can I need to let mom

know I'm awake..... "Mom, I woke up." To which mom replies "I Know"

Then I got to have breakfast. 

At breakfast my cup, spoon and plate or bowl must be PINK.

If pink is not available I might settle for purple.... if I'm in a good mood. Before

I can eat any of my breakfast I must do get my blanket and keep it next to me.

As soon as I'm done with breakfast, it's time to get out of my PJ's and into a princess dress,
 tutu or Dora outfit. Some  days I wear all 3

and my crown, which is really a headband that I wear around the back of my head.

Now, if the outfit I have chosen to wear is unavailable and my mom cannot come up

with a suitable alternative then I must make her pay.... by screaming and yelling "Your not the boss mom!"

and "Don't say that to me!" at anything she says. I must also make my sisters pay for taking

my mom's attention from my fit by yelling "Don't look at me!" and trying to hit them 

if they try to talk to me.

Once I calm down then I say sorry and tell mom "I really wanted my _______" 

And then mom says "Maybe it will be out of the wash tomorrow."

That's is a suitable answer.

After I look like a princess then I am happy. I watch T.v., play outside and take my

stuffed  "frog" (which is really a turtle) everywhere.

On a normal day I get to go play with my grandma Peine for a while.

Sometimes we go into town and run errands which I am not fond of,

unless, I get to wear my princess dress and people tell me

what a pretty princess I am all day long.

If we do go to town I will spent most of my time doing one for 3 things....

1. Listening, singing, and dancing to Veggie Tales.

2. Crying because mom won't turn on Veggie Tales.

 3. If mom is lucky, A good song will come on the radio and I will spent my time 

singing and dancing to it. Some of my favorite songs are "Nothing on you", 

"Love you like a Love Song", "Super Bass" and "Someone Like you"

At some point in the day I will surely fall asleep in the weirdest 

position that you have ever seen, As long as I have my blanket.

When I get up I will need a snack!

Then I will be happy to play. If I get bored then I will just sneak some snacks,

or sneak outside and hide where mom can't find me, and I will do all of this while I'm naked!

I love to read and be read to.....

Today I was reading a book. It was a barbie book about the 3 musketeers but I decided it would

be better if it was about a little girl whose mom wouldn't let her listen

to Veggie Tales and then the little girl threw a fit. And even though I was 

only reading this book to myself I was doing different voices for each 

character, until I caught mom listening then I just read it more quiet.

Dinner is the perfect time to play with daddy. I will spend time asking him for spanks

and snuggles. Then if I'm lucky I will get to go with dad to the spring and then play outside.

After that I have to get ready for bed.... I don't know why I'm not ever tired!

I take a bath and put on my PJ's (which also includes a tutu and fairy wings) and 

then I get to sing songs and say prayers.

Now once I'm in my room that's when the 'real' routine starts.

Daddy reads me a story and then mom sings me my own bedtime song....

I usually pick "Noodles Hanging On the Apricot Tree".

Then Mom tells us good night. As soon as she's about to close the door Penny

or I say "Mom, What are we going to do tomorrow?"

Mom normally tries to get by with a lame answer like "Play with our toys."

But We always make her do through the whole day step by step.

Then We have to tell mom "Guess What? Chicken Butt!" at least 2 times

Then for the next at LEAST 30 minutes me and Penny take turns yelling things to mom.

Some phases are "I need a drink.", "I need to go Potty.", " ______ hit me.",

"_____ won't turn the light off.". Then mommies 

favorite thing for us to do is about every 90 seconds yell "Mommy, I love you."

and if she doesn't answer me back within 5 seconds then I start to 

freak out and cry and scream until mom comes to my room and I can 

tell  her that I want to sit on her lap.

I repeat this process until I fall asleep.

Now, If Penny falls asleep and throws off my other plans then 

I lay at the door and beg mom to let me come out. If I'm still up at 10 pm then 

she normally gives in and let me come lay with her for a while.... That is the 

best because I get to talk to mom and hear how wonderful I am and have time with mom

and dad all by myself. (Even though dad normal falls asleep)

And that is a day in the life of Lila.......
